Job Description:
Product/Service Management
- Defines sales action plan
- Defines and revises sales forecasts
- Gathers and updates data
- Organizes client's orders/requests and follows up with them
- Collects payments from clients and suppliers
Sales Associate might be asked to travel to attend regional exhibitions, fairs, or meetings.
Sales and Marketing Activities
-Builds and presents daily and weekly sales reports to executive management
- Ensures high level customer satisfaction and excellent sales service
- Assesses customers needs and provides assistance and information on product features
- Meets monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Stays up to date with everything related to the product, industry and market
-Stays up to date with all trends
-Builds a strong understanding of the product's competitive landscape
- Identify potential synergies to cross sell products
- Teams up with co-workers to achieve better results and avoid duplications
- Builds trust relationships with suppliers and customers
-Suggests ways to improve sales
Attends all trainings and seminars proposed by the management team
Team Management
- Provides relevant training to the staff and/or clients if needed
- Oversees sales associates� image/appearance
- Attends regular staff meetings
- Maintains a proper and professional relationship with his colleagues and clients
- Represents Silver Bullet in the best possible way and reflects the professional and organized image Silver Bullet is trying to maintain.
