Job Description:

We are currently recruiting a Junior Product Specialist based in Lebanon to play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and help our partner's clients use his software in real estate technologies to its fullest potential. The job involves collaborating with internal team members and external clients.

We are looking for motivated fresh graduates who enjoy continuous learning as they keep pace with changes in technology, especially in our client's industry. This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week and is normally based at our headquarters in Zouk Mosbeh - Kesrouan where employees are expected to work onsite in our office in order to help encourage teamwork and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Friendly, positive and enthusiast person
• Bachelor degree from a respected institution
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in French with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members
• Outgoing and resourceful with a friendly personality
• Ability to work from 2 pm till 11 pm (including 1 hour break), Monday to Friday

Primary Duties

• Monitor incoming cases for trends and triage of urgent items
• Answer end-user support calls and emails
• Research and troubleshoot cases
• Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions
• Assist session hosts and organizers
• Data entry
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and business flow
